Our Services
Annual Wellness Visits
Don’t have a PCP? Tired of long waits at your usual clinic? We’ll examine your vitals, identify any abnormalities that may require follow-up care, and get you connected with any local follow-up care you may need.
Sports Physicals
School is just starting, which means your young athletes will need the “ok” from a physician to run hard and fly far. Our Sports Physicals cost a flat $25 fee.

A visit to Ladder Health costs anywhere between $0–$25, depending on your insurance. Annual Wellness visits are free, and Sports Physicals cost $25.

Yes! We are always happy to serve walk-in patients. By making an appointment, you guarantee yourself a quicker visit, however. Walk-in patients may experience a small wait.

Ladder Health is a primary care clinic, so we specialize in Annual Wellness Visits, Sports Physicals, and General Check-ups. We are looking to offer bloodwork, flu shots, and more in the near future.

We are currently serving the greater Nampa and Wilder, ID communities. In the coming months, we hope to expand our offerings to firehouses across the country, to bring accessible, quality primary care to as many patients as we can.
